Weight Loss Plan

So! It's time to lose weight! My mom recently had a heart scare, due in part to being overweight/having stomach fat, and it scared me. So, time to get rid of that extra fat! On this blog, I'm posting a weekly picture of myself, to track how I look; my food journal; my exercise journal; tips I've found or motivational sayings. I know this may be boring, but it's going to really help me commit to this. Here's the PLAN: 1. Eat out twice a week or less, no fast food. 2. Jog/Walk every morning 3. Kickboxing on Monday (if able) 4. Dance on Tuesday (if able) 5. Eat 3 servings of fruit/day 6. Eat 3 servings of veg/day 7. Drink a gallon of water/day 8. Limit to one soda/day 9. Arm exercises twice a week 10. Leg exercises twice a week So that's the plan, help me stick to it!
Here's a recent picture, but every week from here on out, I will take a new pic :)
